FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clear answers.
Before you commit.

What does a website project include?

We agree on the pages, writing, design, features, review stages and launch checks before starting. A proposal should also identify what is not included. A simple information site and a store that takes payments are different projects.

Can you improve an existing website?

Often, yes. We first review the platform, existing pages and available access. A focused repair may make more sense than rebuilding everything. We explain the trade-off before recommending a direction.

What is search engine optimization?

Search engine optimization, often shortened to SEO, is work that helps search engines understand a website and helps people find relevant information. It includes clear page structure, useful content and technical checks. It does not buy or guarantee a place in search results.

Do we need a page for every nearby city?

Not automatically. Create a separate page when there is genuinely useful information for that location. Copying the same page and changing a city name is not our approach. Start with an accurate description of where you work and what customers need to know.

How do you use artificial intelligence?

Artificial intelligence, or AI, assists with research, drafts, page structure, development and revisions. It can make mistakes. Factual claims need source checks, business details need confirmation and the website needs testing. It is not a replacement for qualified professional review when a subject requires it.

Can you guarantee rankings or inclusion in AI answers?

No. Search platforms decide what they show, and competitors and customer demand change. We can agree on useful work, clear deliverables and reporting. We cannot honestly guarantee a search position, an AI citation, traffic or sales.

How many articles should we publish?

Enough to answer real questions well, within a manageable scope. There is no universal number that guarantees success. Fixing an unclear service page can matter more than adding another general article. We prioritize topics based on usefulness and the business’s actual services.

What would you need from us?

Accurate service and business details, your priorities and any approved brand assets. Photos, reviews and customer stories need appropriate permission. Platform access and approval responsibilities are agreed before work starts. Never send passwords through a general inquiry form.

How are price and timing agreed?

The proposal defines the pages, features, content needs, milestones, included revisions and price. Access, supplied information and review timing affect delivery. Extra work is discussed before it is added; ongoing support is a separate defined scope.

How do we measure whether the work is helping?

Start with the goal: useful inquiries, visits to a location or another appropriate action. Report visits and button clicks separately from confirmed requests and customers. Any tracking must be configured and tested; a dashboard does not automatically know whether a request is suitable.

Will the site work well on phones and with a keyboard?

Readable mobile layouts, clear labels, visible focus and usable navigation are part of our practical checks. Those checks do not by themselves certify complete accessibility or legal compliance. Any formal assessment should be defined separately in the project scope.

What happens after launch?

That depends on the agreed plan. Ongoing work may include factual updates, new guides, link and form checks, and reporting. Hosting, maintenance responsibilities, access and third-party costs should be made clear before launch rather than assumed.
